Brian Grell, the “ZombieMat Slayer”, gives his retool presentation to laundromat owners all over the country with the goal of getting them to experience the benefits of upgrading old laundromats (aka ZombieMats). One of the those owners was Dan Marrazzo. Though he is among the best operators, Dan was skeptical of how much of a boost, in any, retooling would provide to his business.
