Here at Eastern Funding, we have a unique culture that we’re extremely proud of. Anyone who has worked on our team can attest to this, but we’d now like to open our doors to let you see the foundation on which our entire organization is based.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be discussing The Eastern Way – a group of 29 principles and practices that guide us through all our business decisions. Not only do these guidelines define how we work closely with each other here at Eastern Funding, it’s a system that guides how we work with our customers, too. Simply put, everything in these 29 elements is who we are as a community-focused brand, and we truly believe it has driven our extraordinary success.

At the top of the list – for good reason – is a simple maxim we hold in any situation: Do the right thing.

With these four words, we promise to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to doing what’s right in every action and any decision we make – even when no one’s looking. As we tell our employees here – “Be impeccable with your word.”
